March 2014 Moments.

March was a month full of clean eating, bootcamp and clean eating recipes galore. I have been having so much fun coming up with quick and easy clean eating/raw recipes lately that it has become my part time job. Mainly I just chop up things or mix stuff, I wouldn’t really call it cooking, but it is more than I ever did in a kitchen before so I have come a long way. I have been thinking of creating some videos showing you how to create my favorite go-to recipes…let me know what you think about this and the recipes you would like to see in the comments below. // Protein Muffins with bananas & coconut: 1/5 banana mashed, 3 eggs, 1 full scoop Designer Whey Protein Powder, 1tbsp cinnamon & 2 tbsp coconut flakes. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Top with a little honey and more coconut flakes! //

// Protein Crepes with fresh fruit: 1 banana mashed, 2 eggs & 1 scoop protein powder. Pour thinner batter out than usual for pancakes so they have more of a crepe-like consistency. Add fruit inside and roll into crepe form. //

// Baked zucchini “fries” with marinara: Chop up two zucchinis into 3″ sticks, dip in egg wash and coat with panko. Bake fries for 30 minutes at 450. Drizzle with all natural marinara sauce and enjoy!//
