Good morning, hope you survived Monday! Today we are talking about these amazing new veggie burgers I am crushing on. I have tried a lot of the veggie burgers in the frozen section and frankly, many of them just don’t do it for me. So when I tried Hilary’s Eat Well burgers I was prepared to not like them. Except I LOVED them and now am obsessed with them because they taste a lot like my beloved Qrunch burgers I used to be obsessed with but can never find in the store. I think it is the mix of quinoa and millet in these burgers that I love so much. These are also boyfriend approved. Another major reason to love Hilary’s Eat Well products are because they are vegan, use all organic products and all natural ingredients that can actually be pronounced. Not to mention they only take about 3 minutes to cook on the stove top and you are done. Quick, easy and healthy – what else can we ask for? Here is how I prepare my Hilary’s Eat Well Burgers:

So far I have mainly been adding my Hilary’s Eat Well burgers to salads but I think they would also be good for breakfast paired with eggs, added to a pita for a sandwich or used as the meat on a pizza.
