Healing Teas

Today I wanted to talk about some healing teas I have come across that have the ability to totally change your life. From lowering your blood pressure, to minimizing the symptoms of dementia and other ailments, just drinking these teas on the daily can take your health to the next level naturally and inexpensively. So let’s get into changing your life through tea right now.

Hibiscus Tea // Hibiscus tea elevates the antioxidant level of one’s bloodstream within an hour of consumption. Antioxidants are the best way to counteract free radicals we consume and with more antioxidants than green tea or matcha, hibiscus tea can naturally lower blood pressure and is as effective as the leading prescription blood pressure med. Do not drink more than four tea bags of this a day.

Lemon Balm Tea // In a study on Alzheimer’s patient’s and the effects of aromatherapy, symptoms such as agitation and withdrawn behavior were alleviated as well as a shown improvement in patient’s cognitive function. Out of all aromatherapy – lemon balm beat out prescription drugs for controlling the symptoms of severe dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Dandelion Tea // Dandelion is used for muscle aches, loss of appetite, upset stomach, intestinal gas, gallstones, joint pain, eczema and bruises. It detoxifies the liver and gallbladder, while also increasing urine production and serves as a laxative to increase bowel movements. You can also use dandelion to treat infection, especially viral infections and even cancer.

Hibiscus Tea – $10.50

Lemon Balm Tea – $7

Dandelion Tea – $8

It is amazing how many healing properties exist in something as simple as tea. My friend bought the Hibiscus tea and was able to lower her blood pressure naturally within two weeks! I find the lemon balm findings fascinating, especially in relation to Alz/dementia as it is something people feel they have no cures for. If you try out the lemon balm make sure to let me know your results. I haven’t tried dandelion yet myself, but it keeps coming up in my research so I felt that it had to be mentioned. If you know of any other healing teas I should include please comment below. xx, B
