LOVING LATELY.

Happy Friday lovers. Today I wanted to share what I have been crushing on lately. And when I say crushing, I mean obsessing because I am a Libra and everything is all or nothing in my world. Siete Chips // These chips are sooo good. They contain: cassava flour, avocado oil, coconut flour, ground chia seed, sea salt, citric acid, tomato powder, nutritional yeast, smoked serrano powder, citric acid, jalapeño powder, toasted onion powder and roasted garlic powder. They taste like a healthier option to a Dorito and I am obsessed. You can find these at Whole Foods, on their website & Amazon (but they are much pricier).

Kite Hill Chive Creme Cheese // I’m not recommending eating this every day as it is processed, but if you eat pretty clean and are looking for an easy vegan snack this pairs well with crackers, celery and cucumbers. It is great to bring to work in your purse and the chive is my fave flavor right now.

NIP + FAB Night Pads Extreme // I tried the Dennis Gross pads before and these work just as well on me. I notice an instant difference after I use these, my skin looks brighter and has a glow. I use these at night after cleansing and do not wash my face afterwards, leaving the acids on my skin while I sleep for 8 hours. Here is how these babies work:
  • Glycolic acid gently exfoliates the skin and helps to fade discoloration, acne scarring and pigmentation.
  • Salicylic acid penetrates into and unclogs pores, helping to combat black heads and reduce blemishes.

Melissa Wood Healthy Workouts // If you follow me on IG you know this is the only workout I have been doing since December other than walking or random elliptical moments when my husband gets me to the gym. I absolutely love her workouts because you can do them anywhere, they use your body weight or minimal ankle weights and none of the workouts are longer than 40 minutes. They are a mix of yoga and pilates and I have noticed the “long lean lines” she always speaks of, especially in my legs and my abs. If you haven’t checked out Melissa yet do so now, I am sue you will love her as much as I do.
