Today’s episode is all about our favorite topic (next to skincare) – weight loss. I cover foods to avoid, foods to add in and WHY, as well as tips and tricks for losing weight. I also share my weight journey and what I do to maintain a lean and toned body without doing too much.  


My weight loss journey from growing up, through high school and the old freshman 20?! How i lost the weight and have maintained it over the years, as well as why I believe I am my most toned and leaned now over 15 years later.
