Lean Green Smoothie Recipe //
3 handfuls of greens of choice (I prefer spinach, can be fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup frozen mango, pineapple, mixed berries
1 fresh banana
1/2 fresh pear or apple (can omit if you like)
1 – 2 tbsp chia or flax seeds (soak overnight if you experience bloating)
1/4 lemon, squeezed
cover ingredients with filtered water & blend (I use the Vitamix blender)
