Today’s podcast episode is all about weight loss. It is one of the top questions I receive through Instagram, so I wanted to share my insight, research and tips and tricks to help you lose weight and/or naturally maintain a lean body as I believe the steps to achieving both are the same.
I don’t believe in strict “diets”, magic powders or superfood supplements – you can achieve an amazing state of health, wellness and your ideal weight with focusing on a few key principles (and eating LOTS of plants) that we go in depth on in this episode.
