PBNP Vegan Chocolate Brownies

For the husband who LOVES Chocolate – but make it plantbased and healthy. Only 10 ingredients. I don’t have a brownie tin so I made them into muffins, but they will hold up as brownies. 

MIX WET INGREDIENTS //

3 medium bananas, masked with a fork into a batter

1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia + 2.5tbsp water – let sit for 5 minutes) 

¼ cup oil of choice

¼ cup pure maple syrup

1tsp vanilla extract (or can omit)

MIX DRY INGREDIENTS //

¾ cup blanched almond flour

½ cup Oat Flour + 2tbsp Gluten Free Flour

½ cup raw cacao powder

1tsp baking powder + Â½ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon salt

Add wet ingredients to dry and mix into a batter. Fold in your additions of choice – you can add chocolate chips, walnuts or peanut butter in the middle to make them next level.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, let cool. xx
