Rice Paper Wrap Recipe

I am so excited to get to share my recipe for making rice paper wraps over at Melissa Wood Health’s website. They are a quick, easy and inexpensive plantbased meal you can throw together for lunch or dinner. Kids love them too as you can stuff anything you want into them and the rice paper doesn’t have a distinct taste. I like to pair avocado and mango inside mine, but you can also add tofu and pretty much any veggie you can think of – the options are endless!
