Rawnola Recipe

One of the first plantbased recipes I made in a food processor, I always come back to Rawnola. I love to use it as granola on my açaí bowls, have it on its own with fruit and milk, or roll them into energy bites to have as a snack on the go. All you need is a food processor and 4 ingredients:

1 cup pitted medjool dates

1 cup gf oats

1 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)

1 tbsp maple syrup

Process together until it becomes clumpy and dates are broken down, should be soft where you can form it into balls. Keep refrigerated. Double or triple the recipe if you want a larger batch. Be sure to tag me @hautehealthy on IG if you make this recipe!
