Episode 42. STAY HOME, STAY HEALTHY

This episode is all about staying healthy while we #STAYHOME due to COVID-19. I am sharing everything I am doing at home, from my daily routine, to my easy plantbased meals and workouts I’ve been trying. I am also sharing all of the things I am not doing which help me to stay calm, positive and thriving.

WHAT I AM DOING:

Waking up at the same time every morning, Cleaning / organizing, Working out every day, Having my Lean Green Smoothie, Restricted Fasting, Laying out on my lunch break for Vitamin D, Listening to Podcasts, Self Care habits (Dry brushing, Gua Sha, using Weleda Skin Food)
